ADVICE

 ADVICE

He said, chill out,

Go meditate

And take no notice,

Of the lunacy

That surrounds the world today.

 

My answer to him was:

 

That I could rid my mind of those

Damn thoughts of  blind hypocrisy

And meditate instead and choose

Each one with positivity

I would be one, with greater mind

And innocent philosophy

Who slept without the worlds harsh truth

But then, that one would not be me.
